Blog Time.

For the last year, maybe longer, I have toiled with the idea of blogging as I train and work on creating a healthier life style. Today is the day. Blogging starts now. I am not much of a writer so I am not too sure about all this. But I am hoping that this will help with accountability for my healthy life style goals. KEEP ME ACCOUNTABLE PEOPLE!!

Running Goals:
Right now I plan to run 3 to 4 times a week and start building back up to where I was in October 2012, around a 10:08 pace.

August 25th is the official start date for my FULL MARATHON training! December 15, 2013, (only 171 days away!) I WILL run the Dallas Marathon! I am not setting a time goal yet. Right now my goal is to finish and be happy that I ran 26.2 miles.


Eating Goals:
Not entire sure yet. Right now I am logging everything (except last nights trip to the rangers game) into My Fitness Pal. So far I am on day 4. I have found I don't like being told what I can and can not eat. This way, I can eat what I want in moderation. Well I can't eat everything I want and that is where the whole counting calories thing really works for me!


Blogging Goals:
Well I'm not sure I have any yet, other than to actually do it. I think a realistic goal is to blog once a week. Depending on time and what all happens in a week hopefully I will be able to blog more than just once a week.


Okay, I think that is about all I have in me Blog-wise for the day.
